does the 2011 bumper fit on the 2008 g37?
Headlights are different. You'll need to replace them.

Well the link you supplied above is from a 2007 g35 conversion so I don't think that applies here. Correct me if I'm wrong but it should be a direct fit. Just the fog lights as mentioned. I have a g37x and was going to go 2011 but didn't really like it so I went with the sport bumper from 10 instead.
I was the Infiniti dealer, and I'm also very interested in that idea as well, I asked the guy there if I can just get the 2011 g37 IPL bumper on my 2008 g37s, he said i would just need the front bumper and the fog lights...any idea anyone ?
Just order the Aero Kit for G37 2011. It will come with fogs.

This is crazy. I had the same idea. Since the day I bought my 2008 G37S coupe, I have inquired and inquired about fog lights. Infiniti said that the fogs are installed at the factory and therefor not an option. But just today I was noticing the new '11 sport front bumber. I would love to order direct from dealer and have them install it with functioning fogs. They said they couldn't. It's like they don't even want to be bothered or that I'm just talking hot air. I really want to do this. If anyone does this, please post comments here or if you are a body shop, can this be done at a body shop? I have some slight damage to the front chin spoiler and have had the repairs estimated. To get that repaired and replace my clear bra, it will cost me around $1K. If I can get a new '11 bumper for around the same price, I would LOVE to do that instead.

Three or 4 years ago, I paid a shop $200 or $300 cash to paint a bumper skin. There was no mechanical work included. Bumper skin got dropped off and picked up when done. $300 sounds reasonable today.
