Ya I've been doin research there tons of websites that can do reverse number and plate lookups with the persons name and address.

This forum should have sellers post up a Paper with their username/date with a product so people could know that they actually have the product...cant believe they dont enforce that here yet.

Yup, disputes are not allowed on gifts, that's why I don't do business with people who insist on marking transactions as gifts.
