This is why I stop all contact with any seller that wants paypal as a "gift".

 

You can request the records via subpoena with a lawyer of course, but to go to that extent probably wouldn't be worth it considering the amount taken really isn't considered grand theft in most states.

I've already tried looking in Facebook under that email, I'm sure you can track this b!tch using other sources.

There's no dispute option with a gift. That's why I don't deal with people who insist on using the gift option for sending funds.
