Turning in Lease with Mods
It soley depends on the leasing company being used and if the dealer is going to buy the lease for dealer inventory. If the car goes bacck to the leasing company and they auction it off you wont be affected. If the dealer buys the car off of leae for his inventory again you should be clear. What happens with lease charge backs is if the car is saleable in the condition you tturned it in you will not be charged. If the car cannot be sold because of something you installed making it either unsafe or not able to pass state inspection then you will be charged to return it to stock. Although you should be made aware when they do the final inspection before you turn it in the inspector should be able to give you a heads up. Hope this helps.
as everyone said.......the car has to be returned to stock (as per the contract).
sometimes dealers dont notice the mods, and you get away with it. but if they do, they can charge you what ever they want for returning it to stock. They can even charge you, and not even do the work!

Exactly, gosh that's a lot for the airbox, you really should consider your decision, I don't see why they wouldn't charge you for the intake and it being lowered. Although those are nice selling points, their also flaws. The next buyer could be concerned the car was damaged from scraping while lowered, or depending on the age/taste of the customer, he may not want a lowered G, the "majority" of G's on the road aren't lowered. Even if they sign it off they can bill you later.
