How is it a waste of money if the OEM refills are cheaper than the replacements?

i was looking for refills, but every site i went on did not have the passenger side for the coupe in stock.

got the Tricos i mentioned above and like them a lot. with shipping, probably the same cost as refills.

I care. Aftermarket blades look dumb. The OEM blades work fine.

I paid less than $40 for a set of OEM blades from the dealership. I don't know why I'd go with something else.

Had bosch icons on there for 2 weeks and took them back to autozone. They were more expensive, chattered and didn't have as much coverage.

Not sure if the coupe is different but just checked, and this site has both sedan part #s in stock for about over $5 each side, got mine from them in about 2-3 days

i think the sedan pass side is 16", and the coupe is 17".

im at least going to use the Trico Flex blades for winter, as they are the beam-type design, and maybe buy some refills in the spring.

RockAuto has some wholesaler clearance prices on parts, in particular...various wiper blades at some good rates.

RockAuto Auto Parts

I picked up some Trico NeoForm's ... it looks like they're out of the 26" size for clearance prices now (coupe), but still have 17" one's available (passenger).

I've used Trico Flex's for the past two years and really like them. The 'beam' style of this series and a few other's Trico offers resembles the stock wiper assembly, if not looking a bit better when on our cars, for those worried about the aesthetics of them. No adapter needed either, keeping the connecting joint from looking bulky or being seen from the drivers position.

And I'm not sure why I've found the OEM ones to be best. Perhaps it's because I live in mild temperatures, my car is garaged, and I keep my windshield clean. Plus, the refill blade on the OEM wiper is ridiculously cheap, like $1.50 each
Would you Pls share where you found OEM refills
Like you, have had great luck with our factory wipers and would like to stick to it
Thx

Factory wiper inserts are ordered from an Infiniti dealer (imagine that), and list price is about $4.50 each.
