dude that sucks. tell me about it! i've been in the process of trying to get a weather strip replaced. but i was told today (after i left the car there on friday - 5 days later), that the windshield guy that does all their windshields had to remove the windshield to replace the strip. since he's the one that caused the damage in the first place, along with a scuffed pillar and PAINT chips, and an INDENTATION in my dashboard, i opt to pass. it's a small piece of the rubber that's been melted away anyways...and it's hidden away. good luck! just keep PUSHING. if worse comes to worst, lawyer up.
