2010 G37S Clutch Kick Back or Snap Noise

I recently purchased a 2010 G37S MT for which I traded in my 2008 G37S MT. The clutch on the new car has a loud kick back on the clutch pedal before release. My '08 was smooth and had no problems. I also owned an '05 350Z which had the same clutch problem which got resolved after the dealer replaced the clutch pedal assembly. My '10 was at the dealer to have the clutch pedal assembly replaced also but the noisey kick back started again the next day. When the car is first driven for a few miles the clutch is quiet and no kick back, but after driving for 20 minutes or so, the noisey kick back starts. It's so annoying and I'm lost as to what to do. You can feel the snap back on every release of the clutch while driving. Any ideas what this could be or whether it will go away after driving more miles? I only have 900 miles so far but love my G otherwise.

Is the clutch sticking and then releasing, is that what you are referring to as kick back?

If so you likely got one that shipped with a bad slave cylinder. I had that problem on my 2010 and the dealer replaced the slave cylinder at 1,400 miles. There is an TSB out on the slave cylinder, so they shouldn't give you any issues.

They replaced the clutch pedal assembly but if still will do it occasionally when I do longer drives. I don't get it. Would love to hear your outcome when you get your G back.

Mine would snap only while depressing clutch pedal on my 2010 @ 800 miles. Dealer changed the whole clutch pedal assembly. Problem solved for now, although the 1-2 shift when the car is cold is terrible. I have to shift very slow, otherwise it grinds. I've owned many manuals in my life and I am very disappointed with my G. I'm sorry I didn't get an auto. For a car with a list price of $45k, this is totally un-acceptable!
