So i finally decide today to rotate the tires today (7000 miles) i do everyting perfect. I took it out to test drive it to make sure everything was ok and i get back from the ride and i hear a clicking sound on the rear tire and i look at it and a nail is sticking out and i got a flat tire

If you hadn't rotated them, you wouldn't have taken the test drive, you wouldn't have picked up the nail and gotten the flat.

So the moral of the story: Don't rotate your tires. It's bad for them.
