Believe I was the first to get the fix done for the high pitch frequency noise where they replaced the ECM. Ever since then I have been getting a 'service engine soon' light for a cold start issue:

it is basically triggering for ignition timing and idle air when the car is first started. Infiniti has assured me that it is completely safe to drive and that they are still working on a fix. They have told me this for 5 months and it has been in multiple times for attempted repair with no success. I am tired of looking at this service engine light everyday.
I bought it brand new, 2009 g37s loaded with now 25,000 miles. Had it for a year now (yes i drive a lot). opinions? I am going to talk to a lemon lawyer tomorrow but want to get your opinions first. thank in advance!
-mods I have are just wheels and eibach springs: easily reversible as I still have the stock springs.
