Well, next time I get a loaner from them I'll definitely have them look over the car before and after, and I'll take pics I guess.

The front desk people seem like good guys. Some of the technicians look like kids and are suspect to me, based on the quality of work (pretty bad) I've received from them.

I wish we had another option that was closer. Kinda makes me wish I went BMW since I had a great time dealing with Rasmussen.
