My battery died when I installed the Blitz throttle control. The dumb thing wouldn't turn off

That B106C the right size for the G37S?
Also I think we need Right Side Positive, to keep current wire config

I just used the original top bracket for my red top. Doesn't fit perfectly but you can get it to work well enough to hold the battery in place.

Use the battery cover and attach it to the bottom on the battery. It comes with the battery and is made specifically for that purpose.

Is this like some super battery? Do you have this installed? Does the model you have linked there work in our G's? I may invest in a top of the line battery should I ever join the DBC.

the battery is tall enough when sitting on top of the battery cover, but the bracket is too wide for the battery...now wat? lol...this battery is frustrating for $230

It will fit. The front of the battery will fall into the notch of the bracket. Its not a perfect fit, but it will hold it in place fine.

And you paid $230?! Got my yellow top for $176.95 after everything was said and done.

My buddy's shop had 3 Brailles die on him in his race cars. Never had that problem with the Optimas.

Got my Red Top for less than $175 at Summitt.

"What's a yellow "top"?"

Dude, it's a battery made by Optima, a very good battery at that. Yellow Top and Red top ate two types. Yellow Top has lots of reserve capacity and can be drawn way down without issues. Red Top is less deep cycle but more amps (from memory).

As I understand, Red Tops have more cranking power where as Yellow Tops are deeper cycle and are better for electronics and sound systems.

I used to have a Red Top in my old car. Yellow Top fit my needs more this time around.
