well, after a couple of mos since infiniti recharged my drain battery, i attempted to start it this morning and nothing! same problem i had a few mos before. SO i went to autozone and got my Optima yellow top! hopefully, this will fix the problem! started it a couple of times, and it looks good at this point.

Sounds familiar...my battery died 6 TIMES this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Probably has a good sound system that requires that extra juice

 

they didnt have the red top,, actually i was about to get the red one,, i couldnt wait any longer dealing with this infiniti battery. Atleast now, i have a piece of mind already , not being nervous that my car wont start

been driving around with jumper cables for a month now i need to go pick up a battery

 

Do not tell the dealer that you jump start your car!

I had a headlight go out when I first bought the car, ofcourse it was right after I had to jump the car bc the baterry was dead. When I took it over they asked if I ever jumped the car and wanted to charge me 700+ for the light. I told them that the car was brandnew, why would I have to jump it

So be careful what you tell the dealer

 

why would jumping it blow the headlight?

I also had problems with my battery, but I thought it was because of the aftermarket stereo system. The dealer replaced it about 4 months ago and the car has been fine since, unless I don't start it for a week or so then I ran into trouble again.

 

Because it's an Infiniti,, that's why,, you should check out bmw's parts are Hella expensive as well

 

Infinti of Tustin, CA. replaced an updated valve assembly that was/may have drained my battery. Ask your dealer about that. And they replaced it with a bigger amperage battery because I brought it in 3x for the same issue.

 

I just installed my Red Top .... not going to mess around "wondering when it will happen to me"

 

Should have gotten Braille battery.
