Does the G37 regular spare tire clear the Akebono brakes?... it probably requires full size spare right?

The reason I ask is that I have Akebono's on G35 and need to find a spare that will clear them (G35 spare does not).

 

The spare in the G37 is not a full spare. It's an 18 but will clear the bbk.

The full size is 19" right? And does the non-sport have 18" wheels? If so, do they clear the Akebonos? I figure it will be easier to find used wheels from someone that upgraded than to find someone willing to get rid of their spare.

Sorry for the questions... 5 years of owning a G and being on Driver and I feel like a noob with these questions - I guess I am when it comes to the 37
