I agree with you should not have to pay a cent .. Your car was PARKED on your own property ... so technically they were all trespassing to come into your driveway let alone do damage to your car.... Find the kid who through the party and have him be responsible ...

Sorry, didn't clarify. Go after the parents but tell them to make the kids pay for it. if not, it will happen again. make it a learning lesson.

Sucks.

On a side note, I am pleased to hear that in spite of the problems with today's youth they still hold someone accountable for striking a female. Seems things haven't fallen so far.

I was kinda thinking the same thing. ALthough they shouldn't have come on your property, I can almost understand why they did to go after the guy.

lol, its not the youth. its basically hardwired into our dna not to strike girls, and to go after anyone guy who does.

thats why girls can get away with almost anything by just "crying"

At my house (outside the city limits), I would have fired a round from my .45 into the ground, they would have stopped real quick. If you're in the city, that wouldn't work out so well.
