Im thinking about getting an athens blue g37s.
I was just wondering if its a color that attracts cops?
Anybody that has the color have any feedback?

Ask Max. In my opinion, white and black will always attract less attention. But what it all boils down to, is can you live with the color? It's such a nice car that you're going to draw attention anyway. If you own a Ferrari, does it really matter if it's black, white, grey, blue or red? No, because people will be looking at it either way. Just get the Athens Blue and enjoy the color, but be good...cops are always watching . There are more white cars than there are blue cars out there, so by numbers alone you may stand out. But with that purring exhaust and the G37's sexy lines...your car could be invisible and you'd still get pulled over.Good luck on your purchase!

 

Well I went limited edition 2009 bubblegum pink and I never looked back.

 

love my athens. i got pulled over a bit in my ab g35 but it was also pretty loud and i drive aggressively at times. i had no doubt in my mind i wanted another athens g when i picked up my g37. get what you want and just be careful on the road and you shouldnt have any problems.

I like a few other colors infiniti offers just AB just stood out for some reason.
Just wondering if it attracted cops more for the fact that it is blue

 

Excellent choice! My local dealer was out of that color, so I had to go with some lame blue slate color.

When I got pulled on I-40 on the way back from the beach, I asked the cop how fast I was going (playing dumb) and he was sure I was the one he got on radar since I was riding with three other cars. He stepped back, spread his arms out as if to say "look at your car" and said, "I'm sure. You're the only one out here like this." If you car looks like it could be fast, and I don't mean riced up with stickers, wings, and a smoke screen from a failing piston ring, the cop will more than likely point his or her radar at you IMO.

I have owned blue cars in the past and they do stick out. However, like the previous poster stated, the G37 is such a beautiful car, that it will get attention either way. Mine is Athens Blue, which was my first choice and glad I got the color because it just makes the car all that more attractive. Go Blue!

 

If I thought that AB wouldve gotten me pulled over more than another color I would NOT have gotten it... Cause If I get pulled over all my lbs of coke would get taken from me...
