i punched it today same smell very strong this time. stopped to check it out the smell was inside the car, i couldnt smell anything outside.

Yeah, I betcha you got a melted shopping bag on your exhaust pipes, I have the same issue right now.

 

The best thing to do right now is to take it in to the dealer for them to figure out what it is since your not too sure what it is..

Well a weird smell when punching the gas could be and prolly is your Cats, kINDA smells like rotten eggs and dog crap lol/

 

^+1, cats stink like rotten eggs and you can definitely smell it when you floor it when you dont do it often. This can happen at any mileage. That and black smoke.

I see it often when trucks try to floor it, they dump black residue and then the smell comes.

 

Do you have a clutch? That stinks too when you are grinding your clutch.
