I always get a base g35 sedan; I own one as well and I miss my options but it is not too bad (Their cars are always very dirty though). I always plan a service visit around a trip to the casinos which are a couple hours away and they never have a problem. I drop my car off, pick theirs up and bring it back in two days or so no matter when my car is done. I like that I can park their car in the parking garage without concern. I drive my cars very little so the mileage is not a problem.

It really all depends on the dealership and the region. Here in Cincinnati, our loaner fleet consists of 46 vehicles (ridiculous number of cars). Of the 46, we have 2 QX56's, 4 EX35 AWD, 2 FX35 AWD, and the rest are premium/non-nav G35x sedans. We dont offer any RWD simply because of the region.

Also, loaners are leased from Infiniti so the features/ models are up to the dealership.

I just took my G up to Atlantic Infiniti in Jacksonville FL for the exhaust TSB. There was no problem whatsoever. They gave me an EX35 that I kept for 3 days due to MY schedule and the service people were very courteous. Big thumbs up to Atlantic!!

Booooooo Atlantic! They are a bunch of noobs. They dont give you a loaner for an oil change. They just make you sit there in their boring waiting area. At least over here at sewell, you have a playstation to play with.

I don't believe any Infiniti dealer will give you a loaner for an oil change. The cost simply isn't justified.

I've had many former lexus customers complain that we don't give them a loaner like Lexus down the street does. I simply remind them that we don't charge $179 ($280 synthetic) for an oil change.
