what kind of loaner vehicle does infiniti give?

im planning to go to San francisco tomorrow (Dec 26 to 28th) and i do not wanna put miles on my G nor taking my S. and live in so cal

so i thought i should take my G in for several TSB work plus my driverside window malfunction problem. so i can get the loaner vehicle.

do they regulate the mileage usage on the loaner car?

and also what kind of car do they give out?

i can only think of the G sedan without navi.

wouldnt this be great idea if everything works out in the way i planned?

save mileage on my G and also make my gf drive the car. since all the loaner cars are automatic

LOL.. I know exactly where you are coming from... I wanted a loaner to go down to NYC because the weather was going to be horrible and I didn't want to put miles on my G so I took it in for an oil change and the engine knocking noise expecting I was going to get a loaner because it should take long for them to fix the engine noise... NOT. It was a big fail.. service guy said they'll change the oil and then see if the noise is still there.. so I had to wait.. then when they finished the oil change they asked me what the noise sound like and then they said they can't duplicate it right now but they will watch out for it through the next services.. lol. BTW.. they give out what ever loaner they have available. I saw an old couple there the same day and something was wrong with their engine and it was going to take 3 hours to fix... then they said they have to go down to vermont for a wedding in 5 hours. Then the service lady gave them a QX and said it should be more convenient for them... **** infiniti's service dudes.

I was given a G sedan every single time (probably 12 times) except once I got a Mazda 3.

They dont care about the milage, just that it has the same amount of gas as when you took it. I did the same thing, put my car in the shop and then drove the loaner to Ft Lauderdale. No problem at all.

You are not guaranteed a loaner unless you request one while setting your appointment. They are usually g sedans.

At mine, they always give a G sedan without navi. I really dont like the sedans either. I always want my G37 back. Also they have a restriction that you cant go over 150 miles per day.

Yes at Sewell. If you read the paper that they make you sign it says it.

I’m sure it varies for each dealership. At my dealer I usually get non-nav G35 sedans, but in the past I got an FX and even an I35 (when they were still around). They don’t care about mileage but they ask that I return the car with the same fuel level they gave me.

ya gotta request for the loaner when u make the appt.

also they usually have a mileage thing like heat said, but if u tell them u have to use ur car for some reasonable reason they can waive that

i had a loaner car for a week with unlimited miles cus i live 3hrs away from the closest infiniti dealership and the only serious problem i had was my bad battery and this annoying sound coming from my gaugecluster (which is still there )

just gotta tell them ur circumstances, they will usually work with u
