Minnimum RPM fuel cut

From my understanding that if you leave a car in gear (manual transmission) and you coast to a stop you vehicle cuts fuel and that crank rides on the momentum of the vehicle. My question is: what RPM must be sustained in order to assure that fuel is cut?

Service manual says "idle rpm"

I'd say around 1200.
