Abrasive polishers are not recommended. Waxes are fine.

Glad I purchased an 08 6MT!

I would of been pissed if I got an 08 5AT and then a 7AT came out in 09.

I would most likely have traded it for the new 09.

Love my 6MT! If you want true performance = 6MT all the way.

Not sure if he's BSing but why would he? If it's true, you can wait for that to happen (if it ever does).
A G50 would be an awesome performer in this car but I just can't see that happening in this generation of the G.

agreed, they have no complaints with the power of the vq37, why replace it so quickly.

A 5.0 liter engine in the G37? Overkill. Not even the GT-R would have such a large displacement engine, so why would the G? Whoever you talked to at Cerritos InfinitI is full of it.

The scratch resistant paint is great for those who don't take care of their paint. Not too many on here who don't polish their car, so that causes more problems than anything else.

Hmm...good point Blackjack...do you think Duragloss Total Performance Polish (TPP) #105 or Duragloss Polish Bonding Agent (PBA) #601 are abrasive polishers? I obviously don't want to ask the Duragloss ppl themselves, since they're probably gonna give me the standard bulls1t answer that I'd probably give to if I were selling one of my own products.

Really?! Wow, so how about just using ONR and then applying a spray wax...? Would that be safe on the clear coat scratch resistent paint?

That should be fine, but don't quote me on that.

Just hand wax your baby

Well there were 3 different dealers at the place talking about it like it could happen and since they have the inside knowledge, I'll give them a little bit of credit man. It was a casual talk so who knows...just saying....
