with infiniti g sales down about 50% in the last 2 months, dealers are having a hard time clearing out 08 inventory. so they are holding back 09s and offering crazy deals people are getting on 08s. sucks for people like me who want the 09 right now but oh well.

 

^^ whats the diff with Montreal, G's are selling slowly everywhere though

 

less inventory im guessing. i doubt you guys have anywhere near the # of cars that we do here.

Infiniti Canada has not released any coupes to any dealers in the country, the car that montreal has would be Infiniti Canada’s car that they have for demonstration/display purpose as they are not even in the top 5 dealers in the country and also talking to the District Managers and any official word is that no dealer has them in stock for sale yet. Infiniti Canada has not given us a firm date as to when they are releasing them and may even be in the next week or 2, so hopefully I will have a 09 G37x coupes with the 7 speed transmission for you and Melissa to drive, worst case scenario is that I do have 2009 G37x Sedans to drive. So when the time gets closer let me know around what time you were thinking of coming down.

NO worries I am just bored at work and was doing some e-mail follow ups. So you do have the 09s in just wont release them. I know some dealers are releasing them already( ie Montreal dealer.) Any chance of getting a look at the 09 or taking out a 09 sedan with the 7at tranny? I know you guys are going to be trying to sell the 08's first and can understand this I guess but i do think i will be leaning more to the 09 simply because of the tranny upgrade. If i was looking at a 6mt it would be an 08 for sure.

I did read your email and I thought I replied to it, sorry, but we can definately drive the 2008 G37coupe and as of right now Infiniti has not release any 2009 coupes to us and have not given us any real indication of when they might be released but we may have them by that date.
