08 or 09?
for example a 7AT person goes 80 on the high way and a 5At person goes 60 on the high way. the 5AT is gonna get better gas mileage. i get at least 30mpg on the high way with my g35 going the speed limit. tried it from houston to dallas. got 29.5 mpg going 60 or slower.
and even tough i havent test drive the 7AT nor drove it long distance but i think u can see the point. it all depends on the persons driving habbits.
yeah true but i mean if your punching the gas with a 7AT it wouldnt do any help.

my dilemma is my rental coverage runs out at the end of november and infiniti is holding the 09s until mid-december or maybe january. i need the car now dammit!
ya its killing me. im going again tomorrow to ask them whats up since they havent said a peep since i went in earlier this week. also emailed a guy i met at the g37 launch who works in infiniti corporate southeast but i think he moved to finance. maybe he can hook it up or something. just stupid they're at the port and im freaking carless.

update: just came from infiniti this morning. i told them i plan on waiting for the 09s as soon as they get them. i was offered 43,100 for the exact car i wanted except with grey interior instead of black. i turned it down and told them i need the graphite so they said they will get it for sure. once i get my checks in a week or 2 i will go back in for serious negotiations. either way though, looks like im waiting til end of dec or beginning of jan for the car. ill probably keep the rental at $25/day so that means i will be looking to knock at least another $1000 off the price for them making me wait. also i will be contacting lokey and a couple other dealers to see what they can do for me as well.

cool good choise if your getting the 09 wait and get exactly what you want. They tried to sell me the one 08 they had on the lot last year when i first when in. Had to get mad at them and say no I want to order the car i want and they still tried to sell me that one.

I just got an e-mail back from my dealer saying they are still holding back the 09's I said ok it only cost 1000 to ship the car from montreal to edmonton should I go buy it there? Waiting on his responce.
