Well, where do I start? Went to the club last night with my boy, I dropped him off at his house around 2:40AM...I was about one block away from my house when all of a sudden this stupid b*tch comming from the opposite side of the road decides to make a left turn into a burger king, I was doing about 30mph(speed limit is 35) and I couldnt stop in time. I slammed on my brakes and next thing you know the airbag blows right in my face. I blacked out for a good minute...Her and 2 dudes in the car jumped out and basically comfronted me and tried to fight me, I kept my cool and called the Police, then also my boy that I dropped off since he was a couple houses down. Police came and took both sides of the story. They stated that it was her fault, also arrested her for DWI. I did call Tripple A to come tow the car but after waiting for about a good 30 mins, the police asked if I wanted to drive home since it was up the block, I agreed and man I never felt so upset in my life, Sh*t was flying off the car, I can hear myself running over the rest of the passenger side headlight. I'm so pissed right now, I bought the car November 17,2007, I did'nt even have it for a year yet and also this is the second Infiniti I crashed! I totaled my 04 G35C on November 11, 2006 now my 37 November 1, 2008! Contacted both mine and her insurance this morning, They are sending an Agent over monday morning to check out the car....judging by the pics, do you guys think its totaled?

The important thing is you weren't hurt, you can fix or get another G if you had to.
BTW - doesn't look totalled to me.....

That looks pretty close to the damage that I had when my first G37 was totaled in February. Point of impact on mine was more to the side since the woman who ran the stop sign hit me. Did your curtain air bags blow on the passenger side? I didn't have a passenger either, so the passenger front air bag didn't blow, but the side curtain/seat bags did. Those things can get expensive. My car was totaled and the insurance adjuster said he stopped counting at $30K worth of damage. I think it will be close, but wouldn't be totally surprised if it wasn't a total (especially if the other air bags didn't pop, and there isn't any suspension damage).

 

^just my airbag blew, I looked at my car today and it does seem like my front passenger side suspension is shot, i'll try to get pics of it sometime 2morrow...i just dont want to fix the car cause it won't be the same anymore. I'm fine other than a bruise on my right hand and right leg.

 

I think they will total that.

I think anytime the airbags deploy its considered totaled.

 

+1 on the airbags. Once they deploy i think theres a greater chance of it being totaled. Sorry for your loss, i hope everything works out ok for you.

Usually when airbag is deployed its totaled .. Also looks like you bent the frame .. Start looking at a 09...

Damn man im sry for the loss. It hurts me just looking at it. I would say yes, yes it is totaled. Its fixeble but its also going to hurt your pocket. By the way what kind of rims are those ?
