I know how you feel .. though my accident wasnt as bad as yours, the feeling of getting out of your car and looking at the damages and thinking in your mind .. HOLY **** i just crashed my G its insane...

I took my G to any body shop i wanted and i had one that i trusted and they did an amazing job ..

I got chills looking at your pictures just cuz it brought back memories...

i was lucky to have been hit by a semi truck... and all i have to say is thank god my car is slammed.. if not i would have suffered frame damage...

=(

I hope that all goes well for you .. and i dont think that its total loss ... Take it and get it fixed .. it will come out brand new .. you wont be able to tell at all .. Good luck with everything ..

If you decide to get rid of your rims let me know..

After all the body work was done ... V

damn that sucks! glad that your car is fixed! you cant even tell.

Yeah im lucky that my trusties at the body shop i took it did a good job on everything... if its not a loss i think youll be fine... just do some research now ... ask around for good shops ..

The insurance is always going to try to convince you to go to the shop they want cuz that body shop keeps a constant low price with the insurance .. but i just dont trust it..

"YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR"

thats what the guy that owns the body shop i took it too tells me all the time =/

but all the luck too you bro .. hope it all goes well ..

Get the insurance check in your name and trade the wreck on a new one without repairing. Go to a dealer other than the one(s) who might have done an estimate and down-play the damage repair costs (inflated anyway). You'll get a trade-in that is better than if you had the car repaired and then traded. Check it out...

^hmm, i'll look into it

So, the agent comes over and takes a look at the car, its not going to be totaled which is fine with me. He estimated the damages and came up almost $11K, and will cover the rest of the amount if more.....He told me to call back 2morrow morning while his boss looks over the pictures of my car and see who's really at fault etc. He kept trying to mention that I should just call my insurance and pay the $500 Det. and have them fix my car asap since he does'nt know how long his company will take. I said no like 5 times and demanded a check and have my car fixed at any shop I chose. He also wrote down on the estimate for my passenger side headlight "Ironman" mod and my upgraded H.I.D. bulb and agreed to cover the cost as well. I also contacted my boy who owns a shop and he's ready to get to work on my car. Now its just the waiting game and when they will send me my check. My car will be back up in no time and better than ever....
