Does Infiniti offer a 1 time free alignment adjustment on the first year of the ownership of the car?

They do it under warranty. I just got mine this past weekend. You have to have a 'reason' for them to do it under warranty though.

 

I asked the dealership last time, and she said it was not free. Maybe we should call the Infiniti customer service to make sure or try another dealership.

 

You know what? this is a chat forum for G37 owners, and if a topic pops up more than once and there are others that responds to it, just let it go. Sure any one can do a search, and then what, nothing. There would be nothing to talk about. You make it seem like there's so much activity going on in this forum and there's no room for repeat topics. You (as administrator) should be greatful there there are people using this forum and vice versa with us as the people. I have to say that this is one forum that admin. gets involved way too much.....

from dvd hacking, speeding, wrong section to post, repeats (search), and it goes on and on.
I've been on other forums and just as long as you don't do any thing that would put you in jail, it's all game.

 

That was my experience. When I took mine in for 12 month service I asked them if I get a free alignment. They said only if there was an indication it was necessary, and in my case it was not, so no alignment was done.
