I don't care about the 2 degrees difference. I just hate the fact that I can't recirculate the air w/o having the AC on... Even when the heater is on, if you put it in recirculate mode, it turns the AC on and the heater on at the same time. WTF is up with that?

Why can't it give me more control? If I want then AC on when I turn on the Heater, let it be my choice... Infinti AC system is Retarded. Who ever designed it this way needs to hang themselves.

Don't give me that heater needs to be "conditioned" BS... If I want my hot air to recirculate w/o being conditioned, whats wrong with that? My Lexus lets me do it.. Heck, even my old S2k lets me choose.

This is the same on newer model vehicles, regardless of the brand. Not sure why they are going to this but I've had an '05 Chevy that had this same behavior.

I've experienced the same issue with the dual climate control.

Glad I am not alone.

I have no issues with mine... I always have mine at 60 degrees... My girl has hers at 70... No complaints from either of us...

Folks - I hate to bring this up, but the arguments are all fallacious. Just because EVERYONE'S car does the same thing, doesn't mean that they are all behaving the way they should or were theoretically designed (i.e., they missed something in testing and it's a bug). The dealer uses the SAME analogy with me - well, "I'll check it against a new car on the lot" - and it infuriates me. Well, that's bull$hit because all that tells me is that ALL the cars are broken - lol.

This doesn't seem like correct behavior so I would have it looked at - if we all experience it, maybe Infiniti will realize there's a problem....

Well my previous car was a 2006 Acura TL and it did the exact same thing. I'm inclined to think that's just how they designed these things. I mean, who sets the temp to 88 and expects it to be cool anyway lol. I blame Texas summers :P

Maybe the "temp regulating center" of both your brains felt a huge jump. Me thinks you need a third lab rat. haha.

Yeah, my temps are always at 60 during the summer time, 70 in the winter.

I have noticed that there doesn't seem to be any real difference in the temp of the passenger and driver vents even with one set to full cold and the other to full hot. I think the dual climate zone thing is a scam.....
