Trust me, I was the first one out the door and I had to use everything in me to hold myself back from pulling him out of the car and smashing his head against the asphalt.... I knew I woulda fu ck'd myself on the claims if I put this dude in the hospital..... I was right outside his driverside door and ready to pull him out if he was going to attempt to drive away....

danggg. ^^^yup looks like its totaled, but insurance will probably try to fix it instead of totaling it . your car was cursed from the start, gl on your next car. make sure to get someone to bless your car, haha...

That's what the cop said... they took him away in the squad car... one of the witnesses said, when the cops asked him for is license, he pulled out 2 dollars and tried giving it to the cop...

I can't tell what your wife drives, but it looks like a Mercedes C230, if that's the case it's going to be an arm and a leg to get fixed. I would hate to be the drunk driver in this situation. As for your car, it without a doubt looks totaled. Glad your okay, sorry to hear about the situation.

definitely totaled

you could see how much the insurance company would want for you to buy the car back from them.. part the crap out of it and maybe make some mod money for the next car. lol

Wow what an idiot, just what he needed another felony charge to add to his DUI and massive property damage.
