This problem that you are having is quite common actually...Whenever you are low on windshield washing fluid and if you use your turn signal too many times, it tends to do that.............................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ....no seriously though....i never heard of that happeneing ever LOL

WOW this happened to me as well this weekend past. After calling Infiniti they offered to tow the vehicle, WTF for windows that won’t go up??? No way, so I insist that I speak to someone in the service department but due to the lateness no techs were currently available. So I basically let them know that this service level is unacceptable.

Eventually they call the Hawaii service department that provided a 20sec fix. Literally. Hold the window up button for at least 10secs, then send it all the way down with the one touch feature then all the way back up while holding the button and that should fix the issue.

20secs would have cost them $200. Note to Infiniti, train your fist level support better. It will save you money in the long run.

haha, I am far from a 95 pound asian man....what makes you think I was asian at all???? (even though I am part asian but that is besides the point. haha)

You know what, I was afraid someone would see me climb out of my trunk in my car so I backed the car up against a wall and climbed out in SECRECY!! haha

As far as it happening all the time, this has been the first time this happend and I didn't do no quick blinking or get low on window washer fluid. I actually didn't do anything but get in my car and push my start button once to start the car. Go fig!

The car is working fine now so what are the chances Infiniti will do anything about this???? Anyone with any luck complaining about this and got something physical out of this???
