You have some access to the nav via voice controls while driving, don't you?

Only my ex-girlfriend ignored me more than the joke of a voice system that is in the G. Also, the full voice controls that were in the demo are only in the early release models. Most don't have it.

I have it working for me while driving.

I just say "destination street address" and then go from there. It's actually really good, imho, though I wish it could select music artists like Microsoft's Sync does.

Also, is it possible to move your CF card music to your HD?
That's how I listen to most of my music. It sounds better to me than from the HD. Unfortunately you can't transfer your CF card music to the HD. But for what it is it is still a lot of storge capability of music.

Same here. I've noticed a difference in sound quality between the 128k bitrate songs and the 160k bitrate songs. I'm sure that there is a program out there that can increase the bitrate of MP3 files.....

You increase bitrate via an encoding app, but all you are going to do is make the file size larger without improving audio fidelity. dbPowerAmp will let you encode mp3's into higher bitrate mp3's if you are so inclined, but there is just no point. The best thing to do is actually to just encode your songs if you have the cd's available at a higher bitrate. If space is a concern, encode using WMA and you'll get better audio fidelity at a lower bitrate and lower diskspace utilization.

^+1 He's right - You have to increase the bitrate of the mp3 when you encode from the source CD. Just modifying the existing mp3 won't do anything.
