Service anyone?

So I decide to bring in the G for the surge TSB and a few issues that any new car/model may have. In addition to the TSB I brought the following small issues to their service advisor's attention.
1. Surge TSB
2. What I thought to be a slight exhaust noise at the muffler
3. Oil change? not due ( only 2600 mi)
4. Horn would honk when locked when I first got it but stopped recently. Why?
5. Leather wrinkles on the driver seat. Not a huge issue only slightly there, hard to notice but I wanted it documented

So I set an appointment for Thursday but called in Wednesday night to bring in early if i could get a loaner. SA says "sure, bring it in i have a G35x for you".Nice that they could accommodate the change and still get me an infiniti loaner. Went over the action items and the SA says "sure we will change the oil early since it's here". Nice I like to hear that. Anyway, off i go in the loaner. Next day SA calls and informs me TSB-done,exhaust noise-confirmed and new part on the way for install on Friday, keeep the loaner and by the way Horn will reactivate to sound when both lock and unlock are held down Cool, well done, professional, this Infiniti service is starting to impress me. I also emailed the SA to make sure he knew i took a visual inventory of the car when i dropped it off and except for 1 tiny rock chip on the front bumper the car is pristine. Friday rolls around and i get an afternoon call and seems they have the muffler and are replacing it and they have found something else "we also found an exhaust noise at the cats so we are getting replacements in asap but keep the loaner and i will update you later today".
Wow, never had a dealership be that proactive over something they "think" may be an issue. If this is what i can expect from these guys then great but chances are I will have to be the bad cop at some point but this was a pleasant surprise.

Maybe if you show up in a pair of daisy duke cut-offs and a fuit-of-the-loom tank top you'll get some better service!
