Looking at those pictures it looks like a quite feasable mod. I just might do this (weekend project?). With a dremel simply cut all the plastic out leaving just the plastic ring. Then affixing nice shiny chrome mesh cut to size. Job should take less than an hour.

The hardest part would be probably removing the damn thing.
Does anyone know how hard it is to pull the large middle one out?

This would be purely for looks and not brake/intake/performance.

I REALLY HATE THOSE PLASTIC FAKE LOOKING PEICE OF **** THINGS. This really is my number 1 complaint.

ahh, the fake as$ brake vents. I hated it ever since I found out they were fake. Looks very tacky.
A nice set of fog lights in there would be nice.

Or, the TOP SECRET half bumper, it splits that vent into two, very nice.

My major gripe is why in the hell didn't they make the headliner match my Graphite interior. Black woulda been so much nicer than beige.

From what I understand, they have no plans to release it. They're probably focusing on the GT-R.

This site has some mesh grilles and inserts. I got the grille but the bottom parrts aren't available for the Journey, doesn't look right unless all 3 are done but I think it looks better than the stock. http://www.billetanything.com/search...RefineBy_70=79

It says billet anything but they don't just sell billet stuff. And it doesn't come with the Fuji logo in the middle, it's just straight mesh unlike the pictures.

i know its slightly off topic but has no one really complained about the black plastic with the side mirrors (you know what I am talking about?) Why didn't they color-match those parts to the body? Hell my 02 Highlander is color matched fully on the side mirrors? (Even though I dont have the car yet, its just one thing that annoys the hell out of me)

the G37 is in its first year of production by the time you guys are done whining about things there going to have all kinds of mods. companys are just waiting to see how the first year rolls by im sure there working underground somewhere to keep the suspense on us. there going to for sure come out with a fog lights and grills and all that useless stuff that makes the g35 look cheap im sure alot of you like it including me, but just chill and play the waiting game and put some effort calling big companys and complaining t them instead of on forums. i love my G37 stock or modded and im picky about what looks tacky and what looks classy. i love everything about my g37 except the yellow side marker i want to remove it but im scared to bake it and what not. i love you all and hope my 20 years of life are of assistance to you haha.

(just testing out if i can post pics from my camera i guess it works ill post videos and pics tom! =] it works!!!!)

Someone, either an aftermarket manufacturer or an owner with fabrication skills, will produce 1) an OEM looking fog/driving light kit for the outer mesh panels of the S models 2) a functional brake ventilation duct for the outer mesh panels of the S models 3) a functional ram air system for the center mesh opening to feed the air intakes 4) some way to hide the ICC sensor opening on Tech Package models. It's just a matter of how long it will take.

That billet grill looks way out of place and ghetto fabulous IMO. And it's expensive on top of that.

You guys about hit it all up. The license plate and the noisy moonroof bother me the most. I'm starting to have some interior noise that I was hearing about.

Oh yea, the floormats are cheap. Cleaning them off I feel like I'm going to rip them.
