2009 Build release date

I know its still a bit early but does anyone have any idea when the 2009 build of the G37 will be out? Just wondering since if its late August, I might postpone my purchase (planning on buying in June) so that all these little bugs will be ironed out. Any info would help (google came up with nothing so I was wondering whether some of the dealers here would know.)

like what first year cars usually get. all the problem that came with the 08, will probably be fixed for the 09 models.

Is there a quick and easy way to check if my front bumper is misaligned?

Yeh there is usually an '0X.5 any bugs would be purely technical so I wouldn't hold off purchasing a car for some data

While I know there is an 08.5 model, my planned purchase date is looking like late June/mid July, so while I would want it asap, I think I can hold off for another month to get an 09. Thank you all for your help.

Those problems will have already been resolved with the 08's.
Why not save 7-8K and buy one of them-

Your better off getting a great deal on an '08 not spending the extra money for an '09.

There's no G37's up here, yet. Including the one I don't have.
I'm lurking around here to learn about the car. I intend to buy one later on this yr. I'll let someone else take the big hit for buying it new. I'll never buy another new car again.

In the mean time, I drive a pretty heavily modified FX35 and am very much involved in all things FX. I've been all over the US to different FX functions in the last 3.5 yrs. I organized a National Meet for FX35/45's down in Dallas, TX in September of 2005. Right from this very chair. We ran them at the Texas Motorplex against the lights and did a dyno day, too.
My FX35 will do a 6.7 0-60. I've got 95-100 autocross runs on it and it's been to the Gingerman Race track down in South haven 3 times. I'll be going back down in May to race again.

I hold my own.

The G37 has caught my eye and I intend to have one. Since I still love what I drive, I have no problem being a little patient-
