I'm Asian and some has compliments from Asians, but a good number of them said I should have bought a bimmer. Mostly the girls who don't know jack about cars. haha
if you guys are going to stereotype, at least be politically correct in stating the ethnic background, instead of just saying 'Asians'
i say asians cuz i dont like to descriminate. it is all inclusive. if ur from the continent of asia, u cant drive. nice and simple. if i say that "korean-americans" cant drive, then the chinese-americans might think that i am descriminating agaist them.. which i am not.

i'm asian and the last time one of my "white" friend said that "asian" can't drive, i told him to hop in and i almost made him @*#! in his pants....i do agree that "many" asians can't drive..but don't assume all asians
I think you guys are talking about the older generations, which I'm not sure is applicable here.
I've only gotten 1 compliment from a bus driver (woot). None from any other strangers
Its definately applied more towards the older generation . At least once a week I see someone bump into guardrails or some other crazy stuff. They Drive like they are the only ones on the road and are oblivious to what is going on around them. Head hunched over the steering wheel and looking DEAD STRAIGHT ahead and no where else.. Its usually an East Asian woman or a Indian man. And I go drive by engineerring/computer companies so there's tons of them there. Yeah yeah I know too many stereotypes in one post.
My sister-in-law found out that I was going to get the G-coupe...but I hadn't told her yet. She found out through Facebook when I joined the G-coupe community.
