The car smells like burning after i turn off the engine everytime after driving. Is this normal? Does anyone else experience this with their g37? the smell is coming from the air vent inside the car.

 

completely normal, its the rods in the engine breaking in. You'll have this probably up to 1,000 miles. when i first got my g coupe it would let out steam everytime i drove it up till 800 miles.

 

Not only that, but they put a cleaner on the engine to "polish" it up... this will burn off and smell like arese from time to time, nothing to be alarmed about tho.

Anyways, how was the drive? What'd you think???

 

Oh ok, good thing i'm safe. Thanks guys. The drive is nice! I really like it. But I'm still trying to break it in, so I'm driving easy on it. So eager to mash it! gotta hurry and reach over 1K
