So, I'm actually considering the Audi TT against the g37 after seeing the TT in person a week ago. It does look pretty stunning, possibly more so than the g37 (saw it at NYIAS) in terms of exterior finish quality and shine. I realize the TT will run at least 5,000 grand more for the 3.2, but I guess audi has questionable reliability? I do prefer the interior of the Audi, it's like a cockpit! Anyway, I'm curious what others think.....

Well man, if you prefer the Audi TT, then you should totally go for it, it seems like it would be a great car. I am sure you would be more than happy with either choice. Personally, the Audi TT, does not appeal to me, but everyone has different preferences. Good luck in whatever decision you make!

Wait until the G37 comes out and test drive them both. Then make a decision and go with it. I do like the looks of the TT though.

TT is kinda tight inside, I saw a new one a couple of days ago.
It's nice but the G37 has more to offer in terms of size, HP, overall features and technology at a competitive price. Yet if it's your preference to get the Audi, no one will argue with you! Personally I owned Benz, BMW, Saab, Toyota, Renault, Ford (Europe), Chevy, AMC and drove many makes of other cars. I'd pick a japanese over all of them and since Infiniti makes arguably the most attractive combination of design and performance at a great value, no need to say more.

I'll definitely be test driving both before I make a final decision. In fact, I'm headin to the Audi dealer tomorrow. But, yeah, I'm definitely worried about Audi's reliability and besides, I liked the g35/g37 long before the TT.

The new Audi tt is a winner style-wise. If the Audi's performance was on par with the G37, I'd seriously consider it -- but it's not... so it's the G37 for me.

I drove the Audi TT yesterday. It was pretty damn nice. It handled really well, and had a great throaty roar to it. I actually really liked it, but the fact that the 2.0 doesn't come with a manual, or not till next year at least, won't make it a serious contender with the g37 in my books. But, the fit and finish on the car is superb.

THe TT looks like mini-me next to the G. Audis have improved the last few years however they are still viewed as overpriced VW's as far as I'm concerned. To me the only german make I would consider is Porsche which are overpriced Audis...

After driving the 350z, 335i, and is350 this past weekend. It has come down to the Audi 3.2 TT (roughly 4 grand more) and g37 for me. German design vs. Japanese reliability. The lesser HP and torque is fine for the TT since its only 3300 lbs. But, yeah, its going be a touch decision.

I'm glad they don't... i'm looking at picking one of these up... if the name changes, the price goes up. the used cambiocorsas go for about 40-50k. i hope the release of this new one, drives that down further. that is with the F1 shifting 390hp ferrari v8.
