So how would a Vishnu Procede "chipped" 335i have fared in this comparo? (340-400hp and ~340-390 ft-lb torque just via software for $1400-$2700)

Regardless, the lack of LSD is a big deal for me, well with the way I drive at least.. Is an LSD planned for the next model year?

LSD only with M models. the car handles great even without LSD.

It does get squirrely on a track though, and I drive like that most of the time. When I drive like grandma, I hit parked cars...

Anyway multiple aftermarket LSDs are available, though when you add the price of it plus Procede you'll be well into the 50K range
