I ran out..Ha Ha, Lease is up in 30 days.

 

I hope I get treated like a king when it comes out. I bought the first 2007G35s in Houston a day before it was supposed to come out, fully loaded right off the floor.

So when I go in there for the new G they better treat me good.

 

I think that when the G37 comes out... the salesmen will have the upper hand and the consumer at the mercy of them, sort of. If I was a salesman I would know that the car would sell no matter what and it's kind of the same deal with the 335i around my area. If the salesman doesn't get you to buy the car, then it's not a loss because he/she knows that someone will come in the next day and buy it. I talked to several salesmen over the phone and when I asked for a quote AND told them that I was looking at numerous other dealerships... they all said MSRP. They know if you don't buy it, someone else will... and fast. The 335i is so scarce where I live (every dealership that I know of within 70 miles of my location have waiting lists). Don't expect the salespeople at whatever Infiniti dealership you go to, to treat you like a king because they're in it for sales and the G37 WILL sell quickly.

I warned my parents to not get really pushy with my salesman, Chris Red**** (who is a great guy from what I've experienced), in the way of trying to get lower than MSRP on the car. When the G37 comes out, especially with the first shipment (mine is coming on first shipment), it will be very difficult to get anything much lower than MSRP. My parents have always gotten a couple thousand off their cars (excluding my brother's G35 because he got that right when it released) but the cars they bought were all ones that have been out for a while.

When the G37 is first released I think there will be a big shortage on supply but high demand.
