I recently replaced a gear that was preventing a roof flap from operating. Seemed as if everything was fine, the top has been put down and raised a number of times since then. Today, however, absolutely nothing happens when the button to operate the roof is pressed. Nothing, No Movement, No Sound. Nothing. I'll be looking somethings this afternoon, but if anyone has any advice for where to start and what to look at, I'd be very happy to have it.

 

I don't know if this will be permanent or not, but disconnected the battery for while and reconnecting seems, for the moment at least, to have done the trick. However, one problem leads to another, so if anyone knows what to do about a drivers door window that drops a bit when getting out, as i should, but then over about 10 seconds drops two or three more times and then settles down, I'd love to hear what to do. As it is now, the window is about halfway down.
