Looking for exact screw size/model for Parcel Shelf
Hey all, my parcel shelf has a plastic trim on the underside that seems to be losing its screws. I only have one still holding tight at the moment, and don't want to risk anything by removing it. Can anyone verify the model/dimensions of the screws used in the highlighted area in the following pics?
Any help with identifying this would be very appreciated! Apologies if there's already a thread on this, I couldn't find any.
Unfortunately, this is one of those "you have to buy the whole thing" parts. Nissan does not sell the screw you need to hold the trim piece in place:
Judging from your pictures, the screw appears to be a simple pan head rolling screw. I would carefully remove that one and take it to the parts store to match it up. As it is only a finishing screw (holding trim) I would not imagine the screw being anything "proprietary" or critical.
Is it a torx or phillips head? If it is torx I can look on the BMW catalog as the RHT for the G37 was designed by the same company that did some RHT BMW's.
