I have a 2011 G37 convertible. It sat all winter and the battery died and I recharged it. I tried to open the top when I took it out of storage today and the top wouldn't move. It would beep once when I pressed the top button and twice hen i released the button.

I brought the car to the dealer and they reset the top. When I took the car out of the shop, I tried the top and nothing happened. They did the reset again and I took the car home. They said to fully charge the battery before trying the top again.
I charged the fully the battery and the top still won't open. Nothing happens, no beeps, nothing. Why isn't the resetting taking hold? Anyone have this issue? I will take the car back to the dealership on Monday.
