I recently purchased my G37 from a dealership Its a 2010 with 127,000 miles.
i took it to a mechanic to get an overall inspection and to find out if there are any critical issues.
i was told that the tires aren’t correct for my car.
they should be staggered. I am wondering if driving this way could cause damage or excessive wear. I’m also told i need to replace the u joint and shocks and struts.
the dealership didn’t offer any warranty and sold “as is”
any idea what the cost for these things will be ?

In other words, you bought a Vert with the Sport Package, but all four tires are the same size? It probably isn't that big of a deal, because it's only a 1/2 inch difference in width on the OEM Sport 19's. It's safe, but might look odd, and handing could be a little off.

As for the rest, passing inspection for an "as is" transaction, and having parts which are 100% solid, those aren't the same things. It's a 13 year old car with 127K miles on it, so I'd be less inclined to have expectations from the dealership since you already bought the car.

Staggered wheels isn't a must for rwd cars. I"m going to assume then that you have the same size tires and wheels all around. Tires can be different from what stock should have been with no bad affects tot he car.

You had the responsibility to do your own inspection before you bought the car. Waiting til after, then expecting the dealership to do something on an as-is sale is not how it works.
