It is the "Trunk Open Request Switch."
​​​​​Press it (with the iKey in your pocket) and the trunk lid will open.

 

If it were me... see a button, press a button. And with your keys in your pocket, well there it is.

Lol I would've just pushed it before digging through the manual. It happens though, I had to google how reset the trip meter on my G when I first bought it. I couldn't for the life of me find/see the trip reset button on the left side of the dash tucked behind the steering wheel.
