Please help Vehicle dash not working and hesitation

Hey guys first thanks in advance for any help. I have a 2009 G37s manual vert.
the problem I am having is the car is hard to start, the battery is draining over night, when the car does start it runs rough and all the lights on dash are on, but none of the gauges working fuel doesn't go up rpm dont work and speedometer doesn't increase. The coolant gauge doesn't move.. when I drive in 1,2,3 i can go past 2500 rpm before i have to shift or the car will start jerking.
A few people told me it may be the BCM so I located the bcm and checked the wiring and bcm and I didn't see and corrosion or bad connection but right below it I saw a puddle of water. I will attach the picture and a video of what the car is doing. I also checked the ipdm which was fine and all fuses in the car is ok. Please help also it would let me attach videos so here is .y Facebook post with both videos

Do you have access to someone with a Consult laptop? I think you'll find out if it is the bcm with that. But for starters I'd try to find out what is draining the battery. You can just use a clamp on DC ammeter to find that.
