L-Spec Performance in Torrance, CA your Infiniti Specialist
We have been around for about 4 years now working on Infiniti's
We love Infiniti's and we own a plethora of Nissan's ourselves. Some of you may have already met us. We service, Repair, and Modify all performance and luxury cars. We even have our own G37 producing 345hp to the wheels.
We have great prices on KW V3 which we highly recommend (installed in our car) also Stillen products as we also have those installed. Which we are more than happy to let you come for a ride to see if its the right purchase for you.
We stock Full Synthetic Eneos 5w-30 and only charge $60.00 for a service on all Infiniti G37's
We are very happy to support the forum, and hope we can help everyone out in the future!
Feel free to call us anytime with any questions!
Also by all means you may use this thread to ask me any questions you may have!
I will be lurking on the forum trying to help people out with technical questions as much as possible as well.

How about that for a hard question. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot the problem?

Pressure is to high in the system so it disengages the compressor clutch. A lot of vehicles do it to prevent damage to the system. I would check the pressure at idle, and if the pressure is higher than normal at idle it could be a clog in the system causing a higher than normal output of pressure.
possibly an a/c dryer, or a clogged expansion valve.
Keep in mind the a/c will disengage at high speeds but cutting off at 60 seems a little soon.
