Did you have the exact same problem I did? Was it directly under the headrests? I will ask about it the next time I go in for service.

Yes, same issue. Dealer told me they didn't want to mess with it since it was safety equipment and just decided to replace the seat back (This was like a year ago). So far it's quiet, but I suspect over time it will come back and I'll do what you did.
