Well I bought one off of ebay, and when it got here, the corner where it comes together, was broken. Auction said new, never used! Shipped it back for a refund with little effort.

Soooo, I am still in the market and watch ebay daily....wrong time of the year to be looking for one now....

Hope this car isn't a jinx for me.....

That sucks! The wind deflector I ordered off of Ebay was 100% perfect. I will let you know if I see the deflector on Ebay again, for around $300-$350.

Only thing I'll add on the deflector is it does limit how far the seat can lean back. As a real tall person, I can't use it since my seat blocks where it mounts. Major bummer for me, I would have loved to have one.

Been using mine everyday, but with a super strong side wind, it can knock it down. I have to check and see if it can be tightened at all. Its worth having, does a good job reducing that backside blast...

Hello!
if anyone still needs a wind deflector, I just posted one on eBay but I will take a best offer. Its brand new with tags, never got a chance to use it. I am a new member but you can verify my eBay account and will accept PayPal or local pickup in Southern CT.

Hello,

I am a new of a '12 vert and wanted some feedback on the deflector. Today is the last day of the Infiniti summer accessory sale and a local dealer has it online for $360. I am in NJ and was wondering if the deflector is helpful in extending the season of using the top down in the cooler months. Thanks.

The wind deflector is essential in keeping in the air conditioning in the cabin on a very hot day, or the heat in the cabin on a cold day. It also reduces turbulence at speeds above 25 miles an hour. The deflector really improves the convertible experience in so many ways. Go for it!

$360 is a good price.

A month into owning my '13 g37 vert and I've driven it with the top down frequently on cool days. I had the wind deflector in the garage the whole time thinking I didn't need it, tried it on today for fun and wow does it make a difference to cabin sound..im keeping it in the car at all times now since I have rarely use my back seats

less knots

My wife loves it for the fact that her hair doesn't fly around so much. Worth the investment because it adds days to driving.

I always use the wind deflector - it really makes the driving experience much more enjoyable both in terms of temperature & turbulence...

Thanks for the feedback. I went ahead and ordered the deflector. I figure the reason you pay for the convertible is to have the top down so it only makes sense to create an environment where this can be done as often as possible. I'll let you know my impressions after I get it. Thanks.

Repair fabric on wind deflector

I have a couple holes in my fabric(darn cat jumped on it). I had patched small holes and worked for awhile. I tried to buy couple different fabrics but just not the same. It's shame. Might have to buy a complete deflect but I have no interest paying more than 250 since I paid over 400 for mine..
