^^Lemon laws/repurchase varies by state. In IL you don't get your sales tax back and need to fight the dealer for it. There's also a mileage deduction.

 

that is correct. in CA i received the sales tax back, but they did retain an amount, proportional with the miles at the time of the first repair. to me this came when the car was less than 1000mi, so it was insignificant.

 

I hope the car works out for you. It's always sad to hear these kinds of stories from Infiniti owners. The vert looks gorgeous...but I don't think I would ever own one of any kind. GL with the car.
