I tried unsuccessfully to install it myself. Could not get either of the plastic plugs to let go and was afraid if I pulled too hard that I would break something expensive.

Know anyone in the so Florida area that could do this for me?

 

Found someone at work who is more agile and dexterous than I. He struggled for about 20 minutes, but got the job done. Now enjoying my new gizmo.

 

Yeah, Mine took a long time to pull it. i have had to do this 4 times already. its a pretty cool toy though
