Up and down weekend
I had a lengthy discussion with the service manager. At the end of the day we agreed it's likely damaged due to the tow. A reset with the consult 3 will put the roof in a top up position and that's when the damage was seen. Lot's of force at play.
Consumer affairs called, road side assistance file is opened. I'll see how it goes.

Well it seems someone did. Got a check in the mail today from the towing company. 
Infiniti said it won't go through their insurance last week and said they'd talk to the towing company and give me a call back. No call back, but got a check today. So all is well in the world. Now to get it fixed.
