okay i don't know whats going on whenever i hit a speed bump faster than 15 mph or reach a speed 60mph and up my trunk unlatches. it stays closed fine when i close it but its annoying to stop every other block to close it. any help?

 

Have the dealer check it out- seems your trunk latch needs adjustment or may have defective secondary latch.

 

Ya I'd go to the dealer, it's not aftermarket is it?

 

No it's not and yeah I guess I'm going to have to take it to the dealer

soo new on my trunk, opening and closing it caused my trunk latch to unalign i ahve NO idea how, my only solution was to buy a new trunk latch and replace it, my car is in the dealer getting fixed already i can't wait for it to come out

 

Why wasn't this covered under warranty?

This is nuts, you shouldn't have to pay a dime for getting your vert's trunk latch fixed.
